Sliced tomatoes topped with romaine lettuce tossed in homemade blue cheese dressing. Stacked with shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, hard boiled eggs, crumbled bacon and avocado.

Burratta Beet and Nectarine Salad $12.00

Mixed greens, beet, roasted tomato and nectarine salad topped with burratta cheese, pistachios and balsamic reduction.

Shrimp and Avocado Melt $12.00                            

Blackened shrimp with crumbled bacon, chopped tomato, agave avocado puree, dijonnaise and melted provolone topped with arugula on a croissant.

Eggplant, Roasted Tomato and Burratta Sandwich $11.00

Breaded eggplant, roasted tomatoes, Burratta cheese, tomato sauce, arugula, and pesto sauce. Served on baguette.

Mahi Mahi with homemade arugula pesto, tomato bruschetta and fresh arugula. Served in tortillas with basil infused mayo and balsamic reduction.
