Tenderloin and Egg Sandwich $15.00

Roasted beef tenderloin. Served on a baguette with gorgonzola cheese, mozzarella cheese, caramelized shallots, fried egg, roasted tomatoes, arugula, and balsamic reduction.

Lemon Ricotta Pancakes with Cinnamon Apples $12.00

Homemade pancakes with ricotta cheese and essence of lemon. Topped with cinnamon caramelized apples and powdered sugar.

Roasted Vegetable Feta Frittata $12.00

Pesto roasted squash, zucchini, mushrooms and tomatoes baked with eggs, mozzarella, and feta. 

Banana Bread Waffle $12.00            

Waffle with cinnamon and bananas baked in. Topped with sliced bananas, homemade whipped cream and candied walnuts.

Cheddar Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich $12.00

Homemade cheddar and scallion biscuit with whole grain mustard, ham, cheddar cheese, scrambled egg and fresh spinach.

Shrimp and Avocado Melt $13.00                            

Blackened shrimp with crumbled bacon, chopped tomato, agave avocado puree, dijonnaise and melted provolone topped with arugula on a croissant.

Shrimp Quinoa Salad Bowl $14.00

Fresh arugula, quinoa, pineapple, dried cranberries, pistachios, and coconut topped with shrimp. Served with lemon ginger dressing.
